7:45-9am Pacific Time-Zone - 75 Minutes

In Person and Online Privates

Each private session is geared around your specific needs and will change and grow with your practice. Privates are 60 minutes in length. Please email me directly for available times and pricing.

Props For Classes

Most classes will use the following:

  • Yoga Mat

  • 2 Blocks

  • 1 Strap

  • 1 or 2 Blankets

    If these are unavailable to you please use:

  • Hardwood surface if you have no mat

  • Large Books or nearby furniture

  • Bath Towel, pillow and belt

All online classes are presented in the Zoom format.
